Autumn Infatuation

This season I have fallen in love with the wildflowers.

Little flowers that could be disgarded as weeds,
that hold a dainty-rustic beauty.

A few days ago, while the little one was playing, I was bouqueting...

As I walked in our backyard, I found three or four different types of wildflowers,
added in some of our mums,
a sprig from the butterfly bush,
and found that our neighbor's hollyhock had let some of its seeds fall into our yard,
because we now have our very own plants.
...And so one of those were added in too.

I had saved an old olive oil bottle for a moment like this...

Whenever there is a bouquet on the table, it makes the whole house seem more pretty!

A touch of beauty & peace in a bottle..

{Thanks for making such pretty things down here, Lord. ♥}

Beautiful! I agree that sometimes the weeds can be so pretty - it reminds me that beauty can be found in everything.

I love to bring beauty inside, especially from our yard. We have a lot of ferns growing in the woods behind our house - love adding them to flower arrangements!

Your pictures are so pretty and soft!
